If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time depends on your shipping method choice and location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have longer delivery times.

4. International Shipping

At this time, sweetleggings.shop does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the USA.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the provided link in your confirmation email.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. The carrier used will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

sweetleggings.shop is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If you receive your package and it is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Make sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claim process.
